We specialize in wonderfully prepared seafood and steaks. El Cisne also carries a wide variety of beers, wines and liquors including exceptionally prepared specialty drinks. El Cisne Restaurant is owned by restaurateur and retired golf professional Phil Ferranti and is managed by long time general manager Nancy Carnero. Phil’s son George manages catering, events and has appeared in numerous television cooking and event shows. Phil also employs long time, dedicated serving staff, bar tenders and award-winning chefs. On select evenings you will find exceptional contemporary and classical singing and guitar played by musician Carlos Munoz.
